Who uses Bridge Mail

Bridge Mail is a personal tool used only by its owner, to manage the owner's own email accounts. No one else can sign up or connect an account.

What data it accesses

With the owner's permission, Bridge Mail reads the owner's email messages, folders and labels, and Google Calendar events, through Google's official APIs and standard IMAP.

Where data is kept

Email data and sign-in tokens are stored only on the owner's own computer. Sign-in tokens and passwords are encrypted. Bridge Mail has no cloud server that stores email.

How data is used

Data is used only to show, search, sort and organize the owner's mail and calendar for the owner. Data is never sold, never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.

Google user data

Bridge Mail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

Access can be removed at any time from Bridge Mail ("Disconnect"), or from Google Account → Third-party connections. Disconnecting deletes the saved sign-in from the owner's computer.

Contact

Questions can be sent to the support email shown on Bridge Mail's Google sign-in screen.
